Pennsylvania Soil & Rock provided services to Sippel Development that included a geotechnical investigation and continued with the construction materials testing from the start of the earthwork all the way up to the building completion. A track mounted drill rig was used to perform geotechnical borings and testing throughout the site. Construction materials testing included compaction testing, concrete testing, asphalt testing and structural steel observation.
